1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Wallet Address: Your Solana wallet public address when you sign in. This is your primary identifier.
  • Email Address: If you choose to sign in via email. Used for magic link authentication and order notifications.
  • Order Data: Token contract addresses, selected services, payment amounts, and delivery status.
  • Payment Information: Payment method used, transaction amounts, and crypto transaction hashes. We do not store credit card numbers — card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and general analytics to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To process orders and deliver generated content.
  • To track referral credits and apply discounts.
  • To communicate about your orders (delivery, issues, updates).
  • To improve the Service and fix bugs.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not read or access your wallet balance or transaction history.
  • We do not store your wallet private keys or seed phrases.
  • We do not track your activity on other websites.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Lemon Squeezy: Card payment processing. Subject to their privacy policy.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL): Database hosting for user accounts and orders.
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
  • Cloudflare R2: Secure file storage for your deliverables.
  • AI Providers (Claude, GPT): Content generation. Token data (name, ticker, on-chain metrics) is sent to AI models to generate content. No personal user data is sent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and order history for as long as your account is active. Generated deliverables are stored for 30 days after generation, after which they may be deleted. Download your files promptly.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized order data may be retained for analytics.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — session tokens for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The only local storage we use is for your referral code (if you were referred by another user).

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), JWT session tokens, server-side input validation, and secure payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

  • You can view your data in your dashboard and settings page.
  • You can update your display name at any time.
  • You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
  • You can request account deletion by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
