1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HypeForge ("the Service"), operated at hypeforge.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

HypeForge is an AI-powered content generation toolkit for cryptocurrency token marketing. We generate text content (posts, threads, guides), AI-generated images (memes), HTML landing pages, and analytical reports. All content is generated by artificial intelligence and delivered as downloadable files.

Important: We generate content — we do not post on your behalf. You are responsible for how and where you publish the generated content.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the significant computational resources (AI model inference, image generation, API calls) consumed to produce your deliverables, we cannot offer refunds once content generation has begun. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

If we fail to deliver the purchased services due to a technical error on our end, we will re-generate your order at no additional cost or provide store credit.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish using our generated materials.
  • You must not use generated content for fraud, market manipulation, scams, or any illegal activity.
  • You must not misrepresent AI-generated content as organic or human-created when platform rules prohibit it.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform terms of service where you post content.

5. Content Ownership

Once delivered, the generated content (text posts, memes, landing pages, reports) is yours to use. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the generated content for your token marketing purposes.

We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about usage patterns to improve the Service.

6. Payment Terms

  • Prices are displayed in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at real-time market rates.
  • SOL payments receive a 10% discount on the displayed USD price.
  • Card payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Crypto payments are sent directly to our wallets.
  • Crypto payments must be completed within 30 minutes of order creation.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing orders are honored at the price at time of purchase.

7. Referral Program

Users may earn a 5% credit on a referred user's first payment. This is a one-time credit per referred user. Credits are applied to future purchases and have no cash value. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Self-referrals or fraudulent referral activity will result in forfeiture of credits and potential account termination.

8. Disclaimer

HypeForge is a content generation tool. We make no guarantees about the performance, virality, or success of the generated content. We do not provide financial advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry risk. Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — review all content before publishing.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HypeForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from token trading, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or reputational damage.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service for illegal purposes. Remaining referral credits are forfeited upon termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
